Acadia Cafe

Located at the corner of Nicollet and Franklin in south Minneapolis, the Acadia features an eclectic mix of original music (No Cover Songs Allowed) and theater. The attached cafe offers a diverse range of specialty beers and wine, as well as gourmet appetizers, excellent breakfast items, grilled and cold sandwiches, decadent desserts and a full espresso bar. (Try the grilled cheese.) NOTE: Cafe stays open past regular hours during late performances. Free Parking is available across the street in the Plymouth Church parking lot (don’t park in the salon spaces) and weekday evenings after 6pm plus all day on weekends in the Loring Nicollet lots just north of Acadia on Nicollet Ave.

New location
The Acadia has been open at the corner of Cedar and Riverside for a while now, and it's even better than at the old location.

They just moved!
I was upset that they had to move... but they'll be reopening by Cedar/Riverside soon, hopefully.
