WHAT A RIP-OFF

I went there in my Sunday best. Stood on line for the concierge (that's where you have to go for the password) waited 15 minutes for him to service the person in front of me; only for him to tell me their Wifi is strictly for hotel guests. He wouldn't even let me pay for it. You should take this one off the list.
