Cafecito Inc.
Type: Coffeeshop / Cafe Hours: 7:30 am - 7:30 pm
The new nino in the block is this COOL Nuevo-Latino Cafe' and gallery at 1015 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Cafecito features UNBEATABLE innovative brunch ranging from $6.75 to $8.50, which includes many items such as great Colombian Pericos Eggs (scrambled with fresh scallion and tomatoes) or Huevos con Albahaca (basil eggs) served on a lightly-toasted AREPA with cheese, the BBB (Best Brooklyn Brew) and freshly-squeezed Orange Juice. They also have unbeatable CAFE' CON LECHE and LATTES that go well together with their unique Parisian and Colombian daily-baked goods. They also feature uniquely-made homemade Colombian Chocolate made with real latin cocoa bars and spices over a stove, and to top it all off they stir the chocolate with a wooden MOLINILLO (wood-utensil) inside an OLLETA (elongated, thin-neck pot). Great place for coffee or chocolate. Did I mention they have FREE Wi-Fi TOO??
