An sandwich and salad shop / coffeeshop. Has a great variety of sandwiches, salads, soups and pastries. Each booth has two electric outlets, and there are plenty of other electric outlets throughout the store to plug in your laptop. This is the first place I've seen in Austin that's truly designed with a laptop-toting customer in mind.

Yes, It Rocks

Great lodge feel (unique for Austin) and plenty of room. It has couches and cushioned seats (no fire in the summer). Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place that is not as crowded along with a large menu. Has all kinds of seating to choose from: tables, booths, bar tables and outside (with plugs too).

Great North Location

I just left the Bear and it had excellent reception, good cookies, TV and a comfortable settting.
