Does NOT have wireless
Although Arturo's is a GREAT place and has really good, cheap food, it does NOT have wireless. It really shouldn't be listed on this site. If you're lucky, you might be able to connect to the Dog and Duck's wireless from Arturo's, but I was not able to.

Arturo's has great, inexpensive food, excellent artwork, live entertainment, free WiFi and occasionally they even have free drinks! Try the quesadillas...
