Closed ...
As the anonymous poster said, Mom's Cafe in Pflugerville is closed. I went up there, walked in and there was a guy in there working on something, but there was definately not a cafe going on. He asked if he could help me, and I said they didn't look very open, and he said the've been closed for a few months.

Mom's Cafe
Mom's Cafe has only one location and it is in Pflugerville. We serve breakfast, lunch and DINNER. We're open from 6a.m. until 9p.m. 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Forgot to provide URL for Mom's Cafe. It's http://www.moms-cafe.com/. Web site only mentions Round Rock location at this time. Not sure if Round Rock location has Wi-fi, or if the hours listed apply to the Pflugerville location.
