you have a female employee, that is consistantly rude, unfriendly and totally dry, at best. I don't know her name, but the usual costomers are well aware of her attitude. my advise is that some one should have a serious talk with her and try to fix whatever it is that that would make such an unpleasant person! she has kind of tight curley hair and face with "foot print" of acne she worked feb 28th at 530 pm.
